If you fail to pay the fees as agreed in this Agreement, the service will be suspended for the period of overdue payment. If you pay the full amount, the service will be restored within 3 business days. Termination of Service: If the Service Period has expired but is not renewed If you seriously violate the terms of these Terms (such as engaging in illegal activities or repeatedly and maliciously failing to pay), we have the right to immediately terminate the Service, and any unused fees paid will not be refunded. If we are unable to continue providing the Service due to adjustments in laws and regulations, governmental requirements, or force majeure, we will terminate the Service and refund the unused portion of the Fees pro rata for the remaining Service Period. You are authorized to use the Service only within the scope of this Agreement, and you may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any intellectual property rights related to the Service without our permission. Confidentiality Terms: Your use of the Paid Service may expose our trade secrets, technical secrets, and other confidential information. You must keep the information strictly confidential and shall not disclose, use, or allow any third party to use it without our written consent. If you breach the confidentiality obligation, you shall compensate for all losses resulting therefrom. VII. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer Limitation of Liability: In no event shall our liability to you for the Services under this Agreement be limited to the total fee paid by you for using the Paid Service. Unless otherwise provided by law, we shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of expected profits, or special losses (such as interruption of business, loss of data, loss of profits, etc.). Disclaimer: We shall not be liable if we are unable to provide the Paid Service normally, or if delivery is delayed or errors occur due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, government measures, cyberattacks, communication line failures, or third party causes (such as payment institution system failures or communication service interruptions), but we will take measures to reduce the losses and make every effort to notify you in a timely manner.
